Small AI-agent tools that show their work
Three command-line tools for freelancers and small teams. Each works offline with rules, and can optionally use your own Claude Code CLI for better results – with checks against your source data.
MinuteTrail – $12
Turn meeting notes or a transcript into a task list with owner, due date and the exact line each task came from.
TicketTide – $12
Load a CSV export from any helpdesk. TicketTide groups tickets into issues, ranks them by volume and writes one reply draft per theme.
ReceiptMatch – $12
Put receipt/invoice text files in a folder and export your bank CSV. ReceiptMatch lists matched items, receipts with no bank line, and bank lines with no receipt.
Bundle – $29

Honest limitations
- Command-line tools (Python 3.9+, no dependencies). No web app, no hosted service, no image OCR.
- The AI mode is optional and uses your own locally installed
claudeCLI (Claude Code) and your own subscription or API key. No AI access is included. In AI mode your text is sent to the model provider by that CLI. - AI output can be wrong. The tools check it against your source where possible and label every result as
rulesoragent, but you must review results. - Without the CLI, a simpler offline rules engine runs. It misses unusual phrasing and is tuned for English.
- Tested on small sample files with unit tests, not benchmarked on real customer data. No accuracy is promised.
